Football players at Kemp Memorial Stadium identified are, from left, (John) Gruneberg, DeBello, Stanton, (Albert) Zelinski, Adamski, Hall, Dinger, Shoop, Gaydon, Kissel, (Arnold) Kroh and (Arlington) Kaseman.

  • Tovey

    on February 17, 2014

My dad is Tovey at the upper left. He was born in Shamokin, he was a decorated Mechant Marine sailor at the start of WW2 and was torpedoed several times. He then joined the US Army and was sent to the pacific to fight the Japanese. He raised a family after and war and became a Union Ironworker retiring in the mid 70's. He was a great family man and good father. We miss him.
