  • Arch Street Stadium- Coal Township High School played there games here from 1948 through 1964. Teams compiled a record of 84 wins, 17 losses, and 3 ties. The land was sold for $85,000 on March 25, 1977, which paved the way for the Coal Township Elderly Housing highrise. A groundbreaking ceremony was held on April 6, 1977. Before it was turned into a stadium, this location served as the first headquarters for the J.H. & C.K. Eagle Silk Mill.
  • Another shot of the stadium. The brick wall was made from bricks from the J.H. & C.K. Eagle Silk Mill after the buildings were demolished. The stadium was built around 1948. A majority of the wall still stands today.
