(1962) Sun Ray Drugs- David Donmoyer successfully ran this store at 26. W. Independence St. for several years. Sun Ray moved into the PP&L portion of the building (seen here) in 1978. The expansion tripled floor space. Eventually, the building, the Jupiter Discount Store, at left, and the Majestic and Vicky threatres (across the alley) were demolished in 1999 and replaced with a Rite Aid and a parking lot.
