(1953) Adams Street along Bear Valley Avenue will be opened to traffic.

  • (1927) The Washington House- Located on the northeast corner of Second and Water streets. This is now the location of Turkey Hill. At the time, Sinibaldo Rovito was property owner. The building was demolished in October of 1984 to make way for a Turkey Hill.
  • The American Stores Company and Washington House- Notice the third story is not there. The window where the guys are standing reads: "Hot and Cold Lunch. Wines Liquors and Birch Beer." The buildings were demolished in October of 1984 to make way for a Turkey Hill..
  • The Washington House is now in the left-portion of the photo. This would be the northwest corner of Third and Water streets. The buildings were demolished in October of 1984 to make way for a Turkey Hill.
