  • (Jan. 1958) Guest police chief Joseph Homanoski, seated, takes over the city hall desk from Chief George Haddock. Guest safety commissioner, Kenneth Noll, and solicitor, Daniel Ciesluk, helped the “chief for the day.” All boys are members of the St. Stanislaus Seven Star Civics club.

Their teacher, Sister Mary Emeline, arranged their visit as part of a project entitled “The Citizen and His Government.” Guest Mayor was Gary Dombroski. Controller.   • (May 1960) Ms. Bartlinski, president of the Mother's Sodality of St. Stan's. Reigned as May Queen during the annual May procession. Preceded by children of the parish grade school and members of the sodality, crowned a statue of the Blessed Mother during ceremonies inside the church.
