The Flood of 2006

Between June 25 and 28, 2004, most of central PA received over 10 inches of rain due to a cold front blocked by a high pressure, which fed it moisture. Massive flooding occurred in the Susquehanna Valley with levels that almost surpassed Agnes in 1972.
